1. Directs and controls the daily operations ensuring the school is running according to GSS standards.
2. Oversees Aquatics scores and initiatives within the EOS system.
3. Leads the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction.
4. Initiates and oversees workplace culture and employee interaction.
5. Oversees the opening and closing process.Maintains the Pump Room.
6. Oversees safety and aquatics inventory.
7. Oversees and/or assists with all InServices and Workshops.
8. Oversees and maintains a high level of lesson quality meeting CTC standards and leading the industry.
9. Oversees and coordinates all aquatics systems accountability and roles.
10. Oversees all Aquatics training & development.
11. Oversees our noncompetitive swim team Swim Force.
12. Provides quarterly feedback to the Deck Supervisor and Golden Teacher teams. (GSR)
13. Participates in teaching lessons and/or Deck Supervising at least once a week to maintain 100 Lesson Quality.
14. Directs and oversees the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to the GSS facility and trains all current staff on the GSS EAP.
15. Maintains current certifications and stays uptodate professionally on the aquatics and management field.

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 year experience in coordinating training and supervising.
• Customer service relationship building and sales experience experience preferred
• 1 year aquatics experience Lifeguarding coaching teaching and/or supervising
• Strong organization computer and training skills
• The ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple situations at once
• Experience in pump room preferred
• Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner
