Job Description
Chef Permanent part time Newport.

- Permanent part time in our Calvary Newport location Tuesday Wednesday Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am until 3:06 PM.
- TAFE Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Certificate Level III in Food Studies (or working towards)
- Experience in bulk cooking and food preparation
- Knowledge of IDDSI and nutritional guidelines
- Ability to plan menus to meet standards e.g. Food Act and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Ability to order food to meet requirements of menu cycle and keep within budget
- Understanding of infection control and safety principles
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment e.g. stoves ovens etc.
- Completion of (HLTFSE001 Follow Basic Food Safety Practices) or willingness to obtain
