Job Description

Our Opportunity


South Puget Sound Community College(SPSCC) seeks highly motivated and qualified candidates for the position of Tasting Room Manager. The position is full time and is overtime eligible.

The Tasting Room Manager reports directly to the Business Director for Craft Brewing and Distilling. The Tasting Room Manager is responsible for providing exemplary service as a Brand Ambassador of the Percival Creek Brewing Cider and Distilling Brands. This is a fulltime position with a 40 hours/week schedule. Core responsibilities include managing the Percival Creek Tasting Room within the Market Building at the Tumwater Craft District including: sales bartending hosting various events and representing Percival Creek Brewing LLC and Percival Creek Distilling LLC at select industry events in collaboration with the Business Director of Craft Brewing and Distilling and/or support staff from SPSCC.

What Youll Do


  • Guest Education
    • Assist the Business Director where possible in support of SPSCCs Craft Brewing and Distilling Programs
    • Educate customers about the Percival Creek Brand Products and the connection to SPSCCs Craft Brewing and Distilling (CB&D) program focused on product development lab analysis and beverage processing operations
    • Work cohesively with the Director of Business to represent Percival Creek Brands at select industry events as needed (ie. Festivals Trade Events etc.

  • Assists the Director in building relationships within the local community as it pertains to brand marketing to include Percival Creek social media planning and coordinating events to build community awareness of the tasting room and service offerings.
