Position: Training Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align training and quality initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop update and manage training materials SOPs and departmental documentation.
- Lead and supervise training staff ensuring adherence to company standards and effective team performance.
- Plan deliver and oversee coaching sessions workshops and employee development programs.
- Coordinate and monitor team operations to meet departmental KPIs and ensure timely task completion.
- Analyze training data to identify improvements implement enhancements and support staff readiness for new products or services.
- Manage employee performance evaluations provide regular feedback and report training outcomes to senior management.
- Oversee the planning logistics and execution of training initiatives including reporting and performance trend analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience preferably overseeing teams of 20 or more employees.
- Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve strategic goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proactive and assertive mindset with the ability to manage projects independently or within a team environment.
- Strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing long-term initiatives.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities especially in high-pressure environments.
- Focused on both people and process with a commitment to maintaining and improving existing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective training programs.
- Familiarity with tracking and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Experience leading a training function is preferred; industry-specific experience (e.g. gaming) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools for documentation and task management.
