Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. This is a midlevel fulltime position based in Andheri. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on optimizing operations within our organization. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain management coordination with the warehouse team and effective management of transportation charges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess Supply Chain Management experience (Mandatory skill) showcasing a proven ability to streamline processes to enhance efficiency across multiple operations.
- Strong experience in coordinating with warehouse teams (Mandatory skill) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of inventory and delivery tasks.
- Expertise in managing transportation charges (Mandatory skill) with a focus on costeffective and timely logistics solutions.
- Indepth understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and organizational performance.
- Proficiency with project management software to effectively plan execute and oversee various operational projects.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex data sets for informed decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Solid financial acumen to monitor operational budgets and implement cost control measures effectively.
- Expertise in process optimization to enhance productivity and quality while reducing costs and waste.

Communication Coordination Transport
- Facilitate effective communication channels between different departments to ensure cohesive operations and information flow.
- Coordinate logistics and transport schedules to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
- Implement systems for tracking and analyzing transport performance to continually improve logistics operations.
Required Experience:
