About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team asthe Lead for the Founders Office. The ideal candidate will work closely withthe Founder leading a diverse and multidisciplinary team in driving strategicinitiatives and projects across various departments. This role offers a uniqueopportunity to contribute to the companys growth and success fostering aculture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the FoundersOffice team.
Thecandidate will work closely with the Founder entire business and contributingto various initiatives and projects across different departments and need tomanage projects and timelines in implementing cutting edge automation and techin India including meeting overseas team and managing knowledge transfers whereneeded. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping thecompanys trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to thecompanys growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate meetings agendas and presentations.
- Lead and manage the Founders Office team providing mentorship guidance and support to team members and fostering a collaborative and highperforming team culture.
- Collaborate very closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the companys growth and market expansion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentationsreports and other documents as needed ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work across functional areas andgeographies e.g. Market entry strategy for a country Building a customersuccess team Marketing strategy for a key region / channel.
Requirements
Preferred Qualification:
- 03 years of relevant experience working in a management/strategy/consulting domain or in a fastpaced startup environment
- Very strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors or masters degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive attitude strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment.
