Job Description
Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA classification: NonExempt
Summary of the Position: This position is responsible to provide support for the Pinellas County program and program director.
- Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day to day operations of their program particularly as it relates to contract compliance service delivery and the participants intake/referral process for services.
- The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit.
- Position will also perform Advocate duties. Applicant must be dependable committed and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community school and home settings.
Hourly Rate: $21.00/hr
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in communitybased agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
- At a minimum at least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
- Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience in the provision of home and communitybased services.
BiLingual/Spanish is strongly preferred!
Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and car insurance.
