Overview
B3H is searching for an Air Mobility SME to serve as expert on techniques and procedures to apply Air Mobility Director expertise and experience interfacing with internal and external organizations to AOC. Position is located at Hurlburt Field FL.

B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning program management acquisitions management systems engineering & integration cost analysis training systems requirements analysis and instructional system design for the DoD. Responsibilities
- Air Mobility SME advises on joint warfare applications to include C2 in difficult to define controversial new or novel systems and functions of major agency national or international impact to senior Air Force leaders during courses and exercises.
- Air Mobility SME must be able to adjust analysis and instruction for differing AF warfighting senior training audiences after determining unique training objectives and requirements. Interact with specialized subsets of the training audience and develop training goals and programs and instruct independently given general overarching training objectives.
- Air Mobility SME develops new procedures to address warfighting inadequacies trends or refined objectives observed during exercise. Provides worldclass advanced training support for resident formal courses justintime training events and mobile training events.

Qualifications
- 3 years on a ComponentNumbered Air Force (CNAF) or MAJCOM AFFOR Staff in a leadership capacity or 3 years as a qualified AOC Team or Division Chief.
- SMEs must have practical experience executing the Joint Operations Planning Process for Air (JOPPA) and participated in at least 2 deliberate or crisis action planning events.
- SMEs will be capable of participating in all courserelated functions spanning preparation support and maintenance of the course.
- Active DoD Clearance
