Responsibilities and Duties
- Working with the Clients Salesforce Architect Salesforce Data Developer and 3rdparty implementation partner to work on Salesforce development items primarily for integrations and data conversion.
- Proficient in Experience Cloud
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
- Providing architecture support thought leadership training/coaching and doing handson development.
- Hands on experience in implementing Community Cloud projects
- Strong experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming
- Strong skills on Apex programming writing test classes batch processes and building LWC components
- Design Develop integrations and support the implementations post golive
- Strong skills to handle data migration from legacy or 3rdparty systems into Salesforce.
- Significant technical and business process consulting experience
- Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
- 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM a huge plus
- 68 years experience working with customer data ideally integrated into a Salesforce CRM system or Data Warehouse environment.
- 5 years of Salesforce declarative custom apex development and SOQL experience
- Expertise providing solution architecture and design for different Cloud solutions
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Degree in a Computer Science Business Administration OR equivalent Salesforce experience
