You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Salesforce Lead you will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives ensuring best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities. You will play a key role in designing developing and optimising Salesforce configurations integrations and automation to drive business efficiency.
Salesforce Architecture & Development Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions including custom applications automation workflows and integrations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Customization & Configuration Implement custom objects Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows to enhance CRM functionality.
Integration Management Work with APIs and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with ERP marketing automation and other enterprise applications.
Business Process Optimization Collaborate with Sales Marketing Operations and Customer Success teams to streamline business processes within Salesforce.
Data Management & Security Ensure data integrity security and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR HIPAA etc.).
Performance Optimization Conduct system audits troubleshoot issues and implement improvements for enhanced system performance.
6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture development (Apex Visual force Lightning Web Components) and configurations.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other key modules.
Experience with third-party integrations REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft Zapier etc.).
Proficiency in Flow Builder Process Builder and Workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with SOQL SOSL and data migration tools (Data Loader Workbench etc.).
Strong understanding of CI/CD DevOps and Salesforce deployment tools (Copado Gear-set or similar).
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Platform Developer I/II Application Architect) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving stakeholder management and communication skills.
