Job Description
Blue Code is hiring a Low-Code Developer who can step into a fast-moving Professional Services team and work on one (sometimes more) of the clients core business systems. Together with the team you design build and maintain thinkwise applications that keep our customers ahead of the curve. Your daily mix looks like this:
- Analyse requirements design the smartest solution and build it (low-code and the occasional high-code tweak) test document and run it in production.
- Contribute fresh ideas for process innovation and application evolution.
- Keep quality high on critical apps for household-name companies.
Every week we ring-fence time for your personal and team development. In consultation with your lead you decide whether that s a hands-on workshop a certification sprint or shadowing a senior colleague.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree (IT focus preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Exposure to both low-code and traditional high-code environments (study projects internships or work).
- SQL skills are a plus.
- A genuine buzz from exploring the newest low-code and application-modernisation trends.
- Result-oriented pragmatic creative and tech-curious.
- Energised by juggling multiple customer environments.
- Able to translate epics into clear tasks and keep momentum.
- A true team player with a growth mindset.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
