Marketing Manager

*shopt are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Thame. In this role you will take full ownership of our marketing and engagement strategy focusing on driving the continual acquisition and engagement of new and existing users on the app. This is a 12 month fixed term contract starting ASAP. Paying up to 47500 p/a (pro rata) plus benefits!

As the brand guardian you will ensure the consistency of *shopts look and messaging developing a strong brand toolkit to support our sales team and effectively articulate the *shopt proposition to existing and potential clients. Your work will be integral to achieving our growth targets and youll play a key role in ensuring our users remain at the heart of all our decisionmaking processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner with the Head of Strategy Engagement and Operations to set marketing objectives and design the annual marketing plan. 

• Deliver measurable marketing initiatives aimed at achieving engagement and acquisition targets for users on the app. 

• Develop a comprehensive communication plan to boost brand awareness and collaborate with thirdparty agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high visibility. 

• Conduct research into user behaviour and sentiment providing actionable feedback to inform product development and engagement plans. 

• Manage annual marketing budgets tracking costs and returns by campaign. 

• Assist with the organization and management of events and external shows. 

• Create collateral to support the growth of retail media. 

Knowledge and Experience: 

• A creative thinker with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. 

• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills with the ability to allocate marketing spend efficiently. 

• Proactive adaptable and a cando attitude with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. 

• Teamoriented collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
