Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays flexible between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm 20 hours per week
- Client location: Canberra Australia
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Operations (25%)
Provide high-level administrative and operational support
Assist with tracking project deliverables and managing timelines
Support overall business coordination and back-end operations
Digital Marketing (75%)
Develop and manage the website (using platforms like WordPress Wix etc.)
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (including LinkedIn) email and web channels
Build and manage a community of learners and establish the brand as a trusted source of insight and growth
Produce engaging content for newsletters blogs and social media
Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform strategy
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation
Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements
Implement AI-powered marketing tools for content creation and automation
Help set up and manage a digital learning community

Requirements
Qualifications & Attributes
5 years of experience in digital marketing operations or a related field (startup experience preferred)
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing website/content management and social media strategy
Familiarity with marketing platforms like ClickFunnels Mailchimp HubSpot Hootsuite etc.
Experience or interest in using AI tools for content creation marketing or automation
Passion for personal development and a growth mindset
Self-starter who enjoys shaping new processes and thrives in varied evolving tasks
Confident working independently and leading outputs in a remote setup
