Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and visitor inquiries ensuring smooth communication
- Maintain an efficient front desk area greeting clients and handling requests
- Provide administrative support to the team including data entry document preparation and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments meetings and property viewings
- Handle general office duties like managing office supplies mail and emails
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth operations
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role (real estate experience advantageous)
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional friendly attitude
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy office
- Familiarity with office software and systems including Microsoft Office
- Teamoriented with a positive cando attitude
