Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Estate Agency & Lettings
Location: KingstonuponThames
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised forward thinking and energetic Property Manager (with at least 12 months experience) to join a well established Independent estate agency based in Kingston upon Thames.
The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties so experience in all aspects of the property management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential.
You will be negotiating renewals tenancy deposits and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential.
The Company: Our client is a leading and long established local independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation in the local area.
Skills required for this Property Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Experience in Property Management
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team player
- Positive professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
