Also communicates effectively through phone and face to face contact with patients and visitors of the medical facility. Schedules patients for medical services provided in the clinic and hospital setting.

Greet all visitors staff and others in a professional and courteous manners.
Schedule patient appointments identifying type of visit and adhering to guidelines established by providers.
CheckIn and registers patient appointments for clinic and/or hospital services collecting complete and accurate information.
Confirm all patient appointments.
Scan insurance and identification information.
Collect copays and accept payment on account as required.
Collect necessary registration forms from patients.
Ensure reception/waiting area is neat and orderly.
Answers incoming telephone calls providing the needed assistance or transferring the calls to the appropriate individual.
Perform all other administrative functions as necessary or directed.
