Job Description
Come join one of the Philadelphia Inquirers Best Places to Work 2024! Arbill Industries a midsize PPE Distributor located in NE Philadelphia is seeking a Warehouse Associate.
The Warehouse Associate shares a collective team goal of providing an exceptional customer experience. Exceptional customer experience is achieved by delivering customer orders in a timely accurate and efficient manner. Assigned tasks are completed with a Can Do and Respectful attitude. The Warehouse Associate properly handles inventory and operates machinery in a safe manner and abides by all PPE requirements.
Duties include:
Receiving ability to accurately identify count match label deliveries vs system purchase order reports discrepancies to supervisor uses computer systems to records transactions.
Put away ability to accurately move received product to pick bins replenish inventory to pick bins uses computer systems to records transactions.
Order Selection ability to accurately identify count match label system pick request vs customer order. Ability to recognize proper unit of measures and unit/qty conversions uses computer systems to records transactions.
QC/Checking ability to accurately identify count match completed picks vs customer orders. Maintains proper documentation and order of completed orders.
Inventory Management ability to identify count and verify on hand inventory.
High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
At least 3 years experience working in warehouse environment
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work accurately with interruptions to meet deadlines
Good organizational time management customer services and problemsolving skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
