You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAbout the Team: Myntras product management team builds technology products that empower our customers shopping experience and enables the smooth flow of products from suppliers to our customer doorsteps.The Myntra Ads product management team is responsible for products that help brands/sellers grow on the Myntra platform through ads on Myntra. This role will require the product leader to work with business teams and brands to be able to solve effectively through innovative tech solutions for brands marketing needs. You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization and gain exposure to all the parts of a comprehensive ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities Market & Customer Understanding : Understand the adtech landscape and marketing needs of brands & sellers on Myntra platform through brand interviews user research competition analysis and other quantitative/qualitative techniques. Product Vision & Strategy : Define a compelling product vision & strategy for monetization on Myntra and influence other functional leaders/teams to achieve outcomes Problem Identification & Prioritization : Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. Product Roadmap & Delivery : Be able to define a clear product roadmap with detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a crossfunctional team (design engg. business analytics etc. to bring a product to life. GotoMarket Planning: Create a gotomarket plan working with stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success. Adoption & Metrics : Define product metrics for your area and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
Qualifications Experience 8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in AdTech or related domains. Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams and managing complex product portfolios. Proven track record of building and scaling AdTech platforms and having done that on an ecommerce/retail media setup is a plus. Skills Strong datadriven decisionmaking skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams on a common vision. Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking. Good understanding of technology and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation writing product requirement documents managing product backlogs and creating roadmaps Handson experience working with brands/business/marketing teams.
