Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation process and procedure verification and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes and when able corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.



Responsibilities
  • Ensures all documentation related to inventory flows is complete accurate and filed accordingly.
  • Assists in preparing reports based on updated inventory records.
  • Evaluates all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares discrepancy reports when needed.
  • Processes various transactions on a daily basis to support the basic functions of the Inventory Control area.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 24 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Inventory Control.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
