Reporting to: Research Lead Impact Assessment Business & Policy Research

The Research Executive will support datadriven researchcontent analysis questionnaire design and report preparation for impactassessment and Consumer business & policy research. This role involvesconducting secondary research analyzing publicly available data sources andsupporting the development of analytical reports and dashboards & surveyquestionnaire.

The Research Executive will work closely with theResearch Lead assisting in survey framework development literature reviewsand generating insights from online databases government reports industrywhite papers and research publications. The role requires strong analyticalskills business research capabilities and experience in report writing anddata visualization.

Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelors ormasters in economics Public Policy Business Analytics Data ScienceStatistics or related fields
Experience: 25 years in research content analysis data analyticsimpact assessment or business & policy research

Requirements & Skills:

Questionnaire Development & ResearchDesign

• Assist in designing structured questionnaires for surveys conducted by the field research teams.
  
• Develop objective and subjective questions to ensure comprehensive data collection.
  
• Align survey frameworks with research objectives and policy analysis needs.
  

Content & Secondary Research Analysis

• Conduct literature reviews webbased content analysis and data extraction from policy reports industry publications and research papers.
  
• Analyses government schemes social impact programs and business trends to extract meaningful insights.
  
• Use open data sources and market intelligence platforms to gather relevant statistics and qualitative insights.
  

Data Synthesis & Report Writing

• Support in drafting impact assessment reports business research documents and policy briefs.
  
• Summarize findings from primary and secondary sources into structured reports.
  
• Ensure reports are databacked wellstructured and actionable for decisionmakers.
  

MIS & Dashboard Support

• Assist in updating Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for realtime reporting and tracking.
  
• Work closely with data and technology teams to structure research insights into visual reports and dashboards.
  

Policy & Business Research Support

• Support business and policy research teams by analyzing trends in government initiatives corporate strategies and consumer behavior.
  
• Prepare comparative analysis and bench marking studies of different policies and social schemes.
