Salary: 41800 to 52250 per annum plus 2272 car allowance (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week MondayFriday
Location: Hybrid working between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and home
We are looking for a Senior Home Improvement Surveyor to manage the team carrying out of highquality Home Improvement surveys in our homes and other buildings owned by Moat.
This will be achieved through the management of the technical aspects of the service including survey buildings and inspections and quality audit and I.T. Systems. You will actively contribute to the achievement of the wider Housing Landlord aims operational objectives and future state.
A pivotal part of this role will not only be supporting our surveyors but working closely with our customers in their homes.
