In this role you will be working as a Superintendent/Field Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for working onsite during the installation phase of projects.
This is a contract role. This role is a remote opportunity reporting into a project site in Toronto.
- 10 years construction experience
- Bachelors preferred
- Mechanical or MEP knowledge
- Responsible for overseeing the installation of projects from start to finish.
- Able to be the point of contact with the client during project
- Understand project safety requirements project schedules interface with subcontractors and handle all project change orders.
- Experience with ground up projects
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience
