Job Description

Position Overview:

Do you have a passion for real estate Are you a motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently If so then the Multifamily Surveillance team at Freddie Mac is the right place for you. Our team is integral to the management and monitoring of risk in our multifamily portfolio. As part of the team you will be responsible for managing the Multifamily Property Reporting System (PRS) which is our primary interface with our Seller/Servicers for managing and monitoring portfolio requirements. Our Impact:

  • Our team is responsible for working with Seller/Servicers to obtain information necessary for asset surveillance and loan securitization

  • We work closely with multiple groups within Freddie Mac Multifamily to support our multifamily securitization program

  • We assess loanlevel risk through analysis of operating statements and rent rolls

Your Impact:

  • Managing the Multifamily Property Reporting SystemPRS

  • Trouble shooting assessment submission issues

  • Managing database maintenance and enhancements

  • Assisting with assessment creations

  • Providing exceptional customer service while managing a large volume of requests

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year or related experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be obtained

  • Minor in Information Technology required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams) with advanced knowledge of Excel and Macros required

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $76000 $114000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
