YOUR MISSION

You will be a key resource to provide revenue and performance insights to Glovos commercial teams dedicated to the sales of advertising and monetisation products. You will use and generate information resources regarding our sales pipelines and team performance developing data products analytics and models to drive prioritization pricing budgeting and campaigns optimizations.

In this role you will be part of the Monetization Team at Glovo HQ being able to Improve Glovos food partners P&L and developing a scalable revenue stream from Ads Promotion and other services to support our Partners Growth . Working in the Global team you will play a pivotal role for the teams in all our geographies to deliver the Ads & Monetization business plan contributing directly to the company P&L.

Youll be part of a fast growing area and have the opportunity to work on new solutions and bring existing ones to the next level.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build Kpis and data products to define the Next Best Action per account managed in order to encourage higher sale values volumes conversion rates margin rates and Advertisers satisfaction.
  • Build Kpis and data products to measure and optimize sales team performances and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary to lead projects end to end and contribute to strategy definition for revenue development and optimization.
  • Establishing timelines defining deliverables and managing stakeholders flow endtoend for project development.
  • Maintain scalable and selfservice visualization tools ensuring all related systems are configured correctly validated and working to full capacity.
  • Distribute weekly monthly and quarterly dynamic reporting of expected sales results variances and budget comparisons.
  • Conduct trainings to ensure all impacted colleagues are fully competent in the use of all tools processes and insights
  • Drive clarity and solve ambiguous challenging business problems using datadriven approaches
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goal

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 24 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting in a quantitative analysis role preferably in commercial facing teams
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas SciPy Seaborn Jupyter/iPython notebooks R Markdown
  • Indepth knowledge of BI tools such as Looker Tableau and practical experience analyzing data program metrics and performance
  • Ability to summarize and represent data (e.g. descriptive statistics and graphs).
  • Ability to create robust insightful and storytelling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.
  • Familiarity with a collaborative environment and/or version control (GitHub Git).
  • Ability to build hypotheses and test them (sometimes by piloting projects entirely)
  • Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
  • Understanding of A/B test principles to design conduct and analyze different experiments.
  • You are eager to learn hungry for knowledge and want to work towards growing in your career from day one.
  • You are independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when the task is beyond your expertise.
  • You are not afraid of giving/receiving constant & honest feedback
