Senior Product Manager Shaping the Future of Dental Practice Tech

This established dental practice management SaaS provider is doubling down on product and tech transforming their platform into an industry leader in usability compliance and practice efficiency. As their Senior Product Manager youll play a key role in shaping a seamless experience for dental practitioners from solo clinics to large DSOs. You are someone who has confidence taking the reigns of the product defining the direction of the product roadmap and working closely with one of the founders.
What Youll Do:
- Own the product vision and strategy shaping the roadmap for their cloudbased practice management platform
- Work on product discovery and setting the roadmap by understanding customer pain points
- Lead the evolution from featureheavy to a customerfirst UXdriven experience
- Work closely with dental professionals to understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solution
- Drive prioritisation balancing clinical workflows compliance and tech constraints
- Partner with UX/UI engineering and gotomarket teams to bring impactful features to life
- Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback
What You Bring:
- 35 years of SaaS product management experience
- A track record of delivering cloudbased solutions and driving onpremtocloud transitions
- Strong UX/UI sensibilitiesyou know how to simplify complex workflows
- Experience working with agile teams and leading product prioritisation
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Bonus Points for dental/healthcare tech experience knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance or expertise in AIpowered solutions.
