Job Description
BluZinc is exclusively hiring a remote UAS based Director or Head of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics for a $100MM digital eLearning mobile app and online coaching business. Reporting to either the COO or CFO.
This remotebased role is ideal for a strategic data leader with experience in BI analytics and crossfunctional reporting across Finance Operations Marketing Product and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI strategy data systems dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance retention and customer LTV.
- Build and manage a highperforming analytics team.
- Collaborate closely with CFO/COO on forecasting KPIs and financial modeling.
- Own data tools and platforms (e.g. Tableau Domo Power BI SQL Snowflake Excel).
Ideal Experience
- 7 years in BI or analytics leadership roles.
- Background in digital B2C eLearning SaaS mobile apps or coaching industries.
- Handson with data storytelling automation and executivelevel reporting.
- Commercial analytical and systems thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
