Pay Transparency: $50000 $100000 annual base salary plus commission
Location: San Diego CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
The anticipated starting salary range for Californiabased individuals expressing interest in this position is $50000 to $100000 annual base salary plus commission. Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills abilities and location of the applicant as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:
Audacy San Diego is hiring business development professionals. We offer the opportunity to represent iconic San Diego radio brands like 97.3 KWFN 103.7 KSON 98.1 KXSN 96.5 KYXY 94.9 KBZT and the Padres Radio Network. Our sellers also represent Audacy a streaming audio app featuring hundreds of radio stations and thousands of podcasts as well as a full suite of digital advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Contact businesses to sell radio sponsorship streaming audio podcast and other digital advertising
- Spend the majority of work time engaging in business development activities
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Aid in the collections process for all campaigns sold
- Prepare sales proposals
- Provide the highestlevel of customer service
- Resolve customer problems
- Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in executing all aspects of advertising campaigns
- Attend sales meetings company trainings and evens
- Perform all tasks perceived assigned and/or required that contribute to the smooth running of the department and to the achievement of departmental and company goals
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3 Years experience in media or sales developing strategic solutions to clients (digital sales experience preferred)
- Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Thorough understanding of advertising ecosphere including digital audio and attribution
- Strong problemsolving skills positive attitude and desire to win
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs including Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint as well as CRM tools Salesforce and data visualization platforms
- Ability to work hybrid out of our San Diego office
- A valid drivers license satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check and if the position requires use of the applicants own vehicle proof of insurance is required.
