Are you organized dependable and ready to manage the flow of goods with precision Amro Music a cornerstone of the Memphis community since 1921 is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. What Youll Do:
- Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving ensuring timely delivery and receipt of instruments accessories and supplies.
- Pack & Label with Care: Accurately and fully package and label outbound shipments to ensure they arrive at the right destination without damage protecting the quality of every item we send.
- Work closely with our sales repair and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
- Adapt to daily challenges coordinating with carriers and troubleshooting logistics as needed.

What Youll Need:
- Previous experience in shipping receiving or warehouse coordination 12 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems and inventory/shipping platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and updating records.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to support a legacy business.
