Location: Mount Vernon IL.
Shift: Monday Friday 7am till 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $21.00
Job Overview:
Coordinate recruiting for the designated site to include communication with the KBSRecruitingTeam
Assist with local job fairs and recruitment events
Assist the Site Manager with onboarding of new employees
Maintenance of training and Site Managers employee files
Assist Site Manager with maintaining compliance with all company policies andprocedures
Provide the Site Manager with regular reporting on staffing deficiencies and recruitmentneeds
