Job Description

Job Title: Leeds LS12/LS13
Salary: 32005.56 per annum
Working Hours: Rolling rota basis over 365 days per year (including bank holidays and weekends)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Trauma Neglect Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)

Qualifications Required:

Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential) or 50 complete
Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable)

Experience in Years Required:

Experience working with challenging children in a residential setting (Essential)

Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

Location: Leeds LS12/LS13
Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE
Ofsted Rating: Good
Ratio of staff to children: 1:1 or 2:1

Flexibility to work a rolling rota including sleepins

Driving licence and access to a vehicle (Desirable)
Willingness to complete sleepin shifts (Essential)
Must be over 21 (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010
Basic IT skills (Essential)

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
