Opening in 2014 PARC continues to provide the local community with a wide range of health and fitness services including a stateoftheart gym extensive group exercise timetable warm water pool lap swimming learn to swim pool (swimming lessons run by PARC Swim 7 days a week) aquatic playground and water slides.
Peninsula Leisure has an exciting opportunity for a customer service and administrative superstar to join our team in a fulltime role. We are a seeking passionate motivated and customer focused individual to join our PARC family.
About the role:
The PARC Swim Program Customer Service Officer role will support the PARC Swim team and provide excellent customer service to our nearly 2500 PARC Swim members. Having great communication and desire to interact with customers initiative and problemsolving skills are key components of this role. This is a great first step into leadership within the aquatics and leisure industry. The role includes working closely with multiple departments in Peninsula Leisure having exposure to core business drivers and be part of our team growth journey.
