Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Architectural design: Develop and uphold a comprehensive solution architecture for retail banking sales and service functions integrating CRM systems (Sales & Service modules) sales pipeline tools service desk platforms contact center solutions branch applications and essential API linkages.
OmniChannel strategy: Design integrated seamless and efficient customer and staff experiences across multiple channels including mobile web branches contact centers and Relationship Manager tools.
Data management strategy: Partner with data architects and stakeholders to establish data requirements flows and management processes essential for sales performance analytics service efficiency agent productivity tracking and delivering valuable insights to frontline staff.
Sales & service automation: Develop the technical foundation to support the automation of key sales processes (e.g. lead routing approvals) and service requests ensuring consistent and efficient operations.
Stakeholder collaboration: Engage closely with key business figures in Retail Banking Sales Management Service Operations Branch Banking Contact Center and IT to align solutions with business objectives.
Technology roadmap & governance: Formulate technology roadmaps policies and best practices for sales and service architectures ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines and security standards.
Innovation & Trends: Stay uptodate with new technological trends industry best practices and innovations in banking SalesTech ServiceTech CRM contact center technologies AI for customer service and cloud computing to bring valuable advancements to the organization.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
8 years of proven experience in Solution Architecture Technical Architecture or Enterprise Architecture focusing on retail banking.
Indepth understanding of retail banking products sales workflows (such as lead generation onboarding and crossselling) service operations contact center management and branch functions.
Proven expertise in architecting and implementing solutions on hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS Azure Google Cloud with knowledge of containerization microservices and APIs.
Strong experience with CRM systems within banking especially for sales and service functions.
Expertise in designing and implementing omnichannel sales and service frameworks.
Strong understanding of data management principles and their application in sales and customer service.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
Handson experience with SAP CRM especially in designing or implementing solutions within the banking sector is highly preferred as it supports guiding engineering and development teams effectively.
Previous experience working in the Southeast Asian banking industry is a plus.
A proven background in largescale banking transformation projects is preferred.
Experience working within Agile development environments is a plus.
