ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting new opportunity for anEstimator to be part of our team assisting with the development and implementation of consistent high quality estimating processes.
Other key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Reviewing tender documentation and preparing drawings plans and specifications.
- Preparing and managing cost estimates quotations and tender submissions/proposals for various design fabrication and construction projects.
- Consulting with various internal teams.
- Engaging with clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Interpreting contract documentation plans building processes and procedures relevant legislation standards and codes.
- Coordinating the overall tender submission process from quantity takeoffs and project costing through to analysis of tender documentation and submission preparation.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- At least 5 years in the Construction Industry Preferably NSW experience
- Civil Engineering Degree or similar
- Experience working with Teir 1 or 2 Companies
- Experience in TfNSW and/ or infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Earthworks roadworks services installation onsite experience preferred.
- Ability to use expert estimation software would be good or willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand how to build up selfpreformed work crews
