Wireless Construction Manager/Project Manager handson PM NSB Rochester and Central NY area.
Location: Central New York specifically in the Syracuse/Rochester area to start with potential for work from Buffalo to Long Island.
This is a DirectHire hire position here in CNY. A company vehicle provided.
We are seeking a Wireless Construction Manager/Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction schedules expenses quality and safety of our clients projects. This role involves leading a diverse team of direct reporting staff matrix staff and vendor/subcontractor resources.
In a nutshell: Youll be involved in putting pricing together understanding the scope of work building towers securing resources managing vendors/contractors and reporting directly to the end client.
Youll be the Go to person in this market so the ability to get things done with minimum supervision is required. You will manage the construction activities and develop BOMs review Construction Drawings (CDs) and RFDS as well as manage field operations and subcontractors. In addition to completing closeouts and additional reporting.
Previous TMobile and Tower Company experience is a huge plus.

Role:
Safety Management:Enforce the companys safety program review daily job site safety plans and halt unsafe work practices or conditions.
OnSite Analysis:Provide onsite analysis for ongoing construction projects and consult with higherlevel construction managers or project managers for plan adjustments.
Construction & Material Management:Possess a thorough understanding of Construction and Material/BOM Management and collaborate with multiple departments.
Client & Engineering Interface:Liaise with the clients engineering team and leverage the companys engineering and management team for decisionmaking.
Progress Tracking:Schedule track measure and report daily weekly monthly and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:Implement the quality program for all work ensuring all quality standards meet customer specifications.
What will catch our eye:
Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience with a focus on wireless construction.
Knowledge of building towers particularly monopole towers
Understanding of TMobile specifications and software (magenta).
Familiarity with matrix pricing management.
Experience with new site builds NSB. (raw land to new tower builds).
Ability to manage carrier adds antenna crews and potential tower modifications.
Leadership qualities. Resourcefulness. Ability to manage vendors/contractors Strong work ethic/drive. Reliability trustworthiness and the ability to act autonomously.
Valid drivers license.
A willingness to travel extensively within the market
