The ideal candidate for this role would be a hybrid professional with a mix of technicaladministration business process analysis and technical writing skills. In essence a dedicatedZoho Systems Administrator/Business Process Analyst who also excels at documentation andreporting.
Key Competencies and Responsibilities
Zoho Suite Expertise:
Indepth understanding of Zoho One applications (CRM Desk Cliq Connect ProjectsInventory Mail Calendar etc. to manage and optimize internal workflows troubleshootissues and propose improvements.
Technical Administration:
Responsible for configuring and maintaining the system ensuring that all partner andinternal processes are properly set up and that data flows seamlessly across applications.
Documentation & Process Mapping:
Ability to create and maintain detailed system documentation including projectspecifications process maps and diagrams. This includes not only capturing currentprocesses but also designing best practice workflows for continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Skilled in generating weekly and monthly reports on both external client projects andinternal IT activities. This involves not only data extraction but also analytical insightsthat can help drive decisionmaking.
Partner Program Support:
Experience with managing partnerrelated activities such as tracking training sessionswebinars and sales pipelines ensuring compliance with partner program standards andmaintaining uptodate records of all activities.
Communication & Coordination:
Strong communication skills to liaise with various internal teams (IT Sales PartnerProgram managers) as well as external stakeholders. The candidate must be capable oftranslating technical details into easily understandable reports and documents.
Requirements
Professional Background:
A candidate with a background in IT administration or business process management preferably with a track record of working in environments where Zoho One or similar integrated business suites are in use.
Technical Writing & Documentation:
Proven experience in documenting technical processes and producing clear conciseguides and reports. Familiarity with process mapping tools (such as Vani Miro or Visio) is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyse data generate actionable insights and create reports that support decisionmaking processes.
Project Management:
Basic project management skills to ensure that tasks are prioritised tracked and completed in alignment with the companys goals.
