Job Description
- Physical review of fixed assets
- Reconciliation of physical assets against the books
- Control of CERs (Spent vs. approved)
- Capitalization of Fixed Assets (CER Closing Formats)
- Labeling of found fixed assets
- Bank reconciliation
- AP ML/TMLC activities (Invoice capture Check printing Petty Cash)
- Support to the Payroll department (Prepayrolls processes others)
- Support to Accounting with policy capture other reports
- Support to Accounting with the presentation of procedures before the Tax Authority
- Other activities related to the department
- Monthend reconciliations and provisions
- Establishment of a process for fixed assets inventory
- Physical inventory
- Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 1 3 years of experience
- Advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Competent knowledge of financial concepts and general accounting principles
