Purposeof the Function:
This role isresponsible for endtoend management of government tenders and RFPresponses for SaaSbased Managed Services for eGovernance Projects forGovt of India and State Government Clients. The candidate will ensure technicalcommercial and compliance alignment with Government of India and StateGovernment requirements.
This includes understanding eGovernance standards (published MeitY NIC DPIT etc)ensuring cloudbased managed services compliance and integrating workflowsfor citizens government officials and managed service providers.
The idealcandidate will possess a deep understanding of tendering processes proposalwriting technical integrations for eGovernance solutions encompassing but notlimited to CRM IVR Helpdesk AI Chatbots Multilingual capabilities andsecure cloud deployments having Workflows for citizens and officials usingwebsites and mobile apps whileensuring regulatory compliance.

Education:
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech (Reputed Institution) / MBA
- Certifications: PMP ITIL TOGAF or eGovernancerelated certifications preferred
- SectorSpecific Knowledge: eGovernance Cloud Computing SaaS Implementation
Requirement/ Skills
Experience: Minimum 6 years in respondingto government tenders RFP writing and SaaS solution deployment for governmententities
StrongUnderstanding Of:
- Government RFP & Tender Processes (GeM CPP Portal Manual Tenders)
- Cloudbased SaaS Implementations (Scalable Secure MultiTenant)
- Citizen and Service Provider Workflows having Chatbots on web and App (Document Processing Card Printing Dispatch Management)
- Dashboards & SLA Reporting for Government Officials
- System Integration (CRM IVR Helpdesk Chatbots AIdriven Multilingual Interfaces)
- eGovernance Standards (MeitY NIC DPI Data Security)
Proposal Writing: Technical and Commercial Proposal Preparation
Compliance & Security: Ensuring adherence to Government Policies Cybersecurity and Legal Aspects
Requirements
Roles& Responsibilities
Ensure
- Comprehensive Tender Response: Ensure all technical financial and compliance aspects are covered in the RFP response.
- Regulatory & Security Compliance: Ensure the SaaS solutions adhere to eGovernance standards cloud security and legal requirements.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure the proposed solution meets Government needs (Scalability MultiTenancy Performance).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with crossfunctional teams for proposal submission bid presentations and clarifications.
Carry out
- RFP & Tender Analysis: Read analyze and interpret government tender documents to extract key requirements.
- Proposal Preparation: Draft technical & commercial responses prepare detailed solution descriptions and highlight unique differentiators.
- Workflow Documentation: Define citizen and service provider workflows user journeys and dashboards.
- System Integration Planning: Detail integrations with CRM IVR Helpdesk and AIdriven chatbots for enhanced citizen services.
- Cloud & Security Compliance: Align SaaS solutions with data protection laws and security best practices.
- Government Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to government officials during bid evaluations.
Contribute
- Product & Service Offerings: Provide feedback to Product Teams on evolving government requirements.
- Process Optimization: Suggest improvements for internal RFP/tender processes and team collaboration.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of new government policies tenders and competitors in the eGovernance space.
