We need a proactive experienced leader who understands the unique challenges of new construction leaseups and can navigate the transition from construction to fullscale property operations. If youre someone who can anticipate maintenance needs coordinate with multiple teams and establish strong operational systems from the start this role is for you.
Your Role:
As our Maintenance Supervisor you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a highquality living environment for our residents. Since RISE Glen Kernan Park is still under construction youll work closely with the development and construction teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to full operation. You will set up maintenance procedures establish vendor relationships and prepare the property for longterm success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and efficiency
- Oversee construction turnover ensuring all systems and equipment are fully operational as buildings come online
- Conduct preoccupancy inspections and work closely with construction teams to address issues before resident movein
- Manage service requests preventive maintenance and repairs ensuring minimal downtime
- Handle HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance troubleshooting as needed
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure environment
- Organize inventory supplies and vendor contracts for smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional service to residents by promptly addressing their needs
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations
