Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This fulltime midlevel position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management. The role involves implementing HR strategies ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement to align with Solitaire Global Schools educational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR information systems and a proven track record in talent acquisition and performance management.
Qualifications and Skills
- HRIS: Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems for effective HR processes and data management.
- Talent acquisition: Ability to attract recruit and retain talented individuals who align with our goals.
- Performance management systems: Experience with systems that evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Compensation and benefits planning: Capability to design and implement competitive compensation structures.
- Conflict resolution: Strong skills in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious environment.
- Employee engagement strategies (Mandatory skill): Expertise in designing and executing programs to boost employee morale and productivity.
- Diversity and inclusion programs (Mandatory skill): Experience in establishing policies that foster an inclusive workplace culture.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies in all HR practices.

- Drive talent acquisition efforts including recruiting interviewing and onboarding new hires.
