Job Description

KAAPA Ethanol is looking for a safety and detailoriented team player for our Crew Chief opening at our Ravenna location. This is a 12 hr rotating shift position with duties including directing the 4 man crew through daily operations running the plant via computer control system analyzing and monitoring data collection observations for maintenance requests and making quick decisions to resolve issues that arise. The Crew Chief should also have good communication skills be selfdriven and will work closely with the Production Manager.
