The Diesel Mechanic will maintenance our diesel driven equipment both on land and offshore.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
- Maintain Mistras diesel driven equipment both on land and offshore to ensure it is in the best working condition.
- Keep up maintenance records on Mistras equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.
- Order or request needed parts.
- Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 plus years of diesel mechanic experience.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling communication and reporting
- Must posses a valid Drivers license; TWIC Card preferred
- Offshore certifications preferred
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
