Job Description

This position can be Parisbased Amsterdambased or fully remote within CET /2h.
Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybridcasual casual and midcore experts. Our Core games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating developing and launching new hit games whilst our Live games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year we are the worlds largest and most successful hybrid publisher.
You will be joining one of our Live Studios working on Paper 2.
With Paper 2 were building an iconic game that players will never forget!
Were a small team of excellent people who take care of everything from ideas to testing and we intend to grow while maintaining our high standards.
Role
- Create and implement toptier visual effects (animations shaders and particle systems) in Unity for Paper
- Collaborate with designers and gameplay teams to integrate and enhance visual elements
- Optimize effects for smooth performance on mobile devices
- Elevate the games visual impact with innovative eyecatching effects
Profile
- 5 years of game development experience with a strong focus on VFX (animations shaders and particle systems)
- Proven expertise in Unity and C#
- A solid portfolio showcasing advanced visual effects in mobile games
- Experience with URP or HDRP VFX Graph or Shader Graph and custom HLSH shaders is a big plus
- Deep understanding of realtime rendering and performance optimization
- Excellent problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- A creative passionate developer dedicated to crafting memorable visual experiences
