Join our SCA Sydney Agency Sales team where your success is at the heart of everything we do. This is an exciting 12month contract position.
What does your day to day look like
- Set and communicate team direction build strong relationships with clients employees and key accounts/agencies and maintain a cohesive team through reward recognition and performance feedback.
- Develop and grow media sales executives and creatives including ensuring regular individual training and in field coaching;
- Ensure structured and inspirational meetings are conducted on a regular basis
- Monitor and provide feedback on performance throughout the year and through the annual appraisal process
- Prepare revenue projection reports and lost business reports
- Ensure customer needs analysis and creative problem solving is used effectively and customer focused proposals are prepared using customer focused selling templates
- Assist in the development of business and strategy plans to increase client retention and new business
- Assist the development of marketing strategies in relation to the teams customer focused selling principles and the utilisation of station resources by Account Executives to maximise opportunities.
What youll need:
- 2 3 years customer focused background essential
- 2 3 years Southern Cross Austereo sales experience desired
- 2 3 years successful sales / management experience desired
- Local and interstate market knowledge desired
