Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville an 9xGM Dealer of the Year award winner is seeking an Automotive Sales Porter to help be a part of an efficient and profitable Sales Department. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority managing delivery board & gas slips
- Gas new vehicles
- Clean vacuum wash wax vehicles & tires as needed
- Check for damage when vehicle is given to you from service
- Assist with lot showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
- Assist with new car check ins & inspections/dealer trade ins
- Assist in snow removal on lot & for vehicles
REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Reliable
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
- Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Professional appearance is necessary
- Must be 18 years and older
- Clean and valid drivers license is required
- Must be willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
