About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Manager Brand & Marketing to lead REIWAs marketing communications and events strategy. This leadership role will set the vision for brand positioning digital engagement advertising campaigns member communications sponsorship and flagship events.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer youll work closely with REIWAs Leadership Team to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences that drive value for members and the WA public. Youll also lead a highperforming team of marketing communications and events professionals supporting a bold and ambitious agenda for the REIWA brand.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement REIWAs integrated marketing communications and events strategy
- Deliver strong public and member engagement across digital platforms campaigns and stakeholder communications
- Drive the success of reiwa REIWA Training Commercial Products and Events through targeted marketing initiatives
- Drive attendance at flagship events including the reiwa Awards CONNECT conference and exhibition and social networking events
- Guide brand consistency and content quality across all internal and external channels
- Collaborate across REIWA to ensure advocacy insights and campaigns are aligned with business goals
- Inspire and manage a highperforming collaborative and creative team
- Oversee budget management and use of marketing technology and data to drive decisionmaking.
Were Seeking a Person with the Following Attributes
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Proven experience in integrated marketing brand strategy and campaign development across digital traditional and social platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead internal communications and member engagement initiatives
- Experience leading and developing teams with a passion for culture and capability building
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience managing highprofile events sponsorships and stakeholder relationships
- Confidence in using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- A collaborative and strategic thinker who can build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in real estate or membershipbased organisations (desirable but not essential)
