Seeking a Manager Electrification AI & Legal Service Analytics under the Global Data Insights & Analytics (GDIA) organizations Strategy & Enterprise Analytics (SEA) team. This team develops innovative cloudnative data AI and analytics solutions for Ford. We provide data AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions to internal partners and codevelop external applications. As a Manager Electrification AI & Legal Service Analytics youll be a key player in driving this success.

What youll do...
Partner with business teams to define objectives KPIs and identify opportunities for datadriven solutions.
Prioritize initiatives optimize resource allocation and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment across products and meet objectives.
Establish and maintain demand management processes and integration with other GDIA teams.
Measure product/feature relevance and drive consistency of best practices.
Mentor and coach Product Owners and team members.
Support prioritization of advanced analytics research.
Leverage expertise to ensure timely value delivery from product teams.
Promote learning and development both technical and leadership skills.
Champion talent acquisition engagement and retention fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
