Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager based in Maine to coordinate and drive delivering nextgeneration AI solutions within Tylers Enterprise ERP software suite.

  • Good Understanding of our ERP Products and Clients: Has a foundational understanding of client use cases product architecture and how features are delivered to market
  • Organizational Acumen & CrossFunctional Leadership: Proficient at navigating internal structures and processes; a respected leader within Product and Engineering with a proven track record of partnering effectively to get stuff done.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Skilled at aligning diverse teams building strong relationships and driving shared objectives across the organization.
  • Clear & Concise Communication: Presents status risks and recommendations to both executives and frontline teams in a timely impactful manner.
  • Drive to Completion: Translates AI goals into actionable plans maintains focus on outcomes and meets short term goals while not losing sight or progress on long term deliverables.
  • Adaptability: Resolves complex issues quickly remains flexible in a rapidly evolving tech landscape and navigates organizational complexities.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the project manager and product manager working with crossfunctional teams to define integration requirements priorities and timelines
  • Integrate APIs to facilitate the AI Agents interaction with existing state systems
  • Ensure agent continues to operate with high level of relevancy and quality
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Document integration processes technical specifications and best practices
  • Gather feedback from endusers and stakeholders to guide iteration and improvements
Qualifications
  • Must be physically located in Maine in office a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to provide information in a format and manner adapted to and easily understood by the given audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly ambiguous emerging and evolvingenvironment
  • Some GenAI experience (prompt engineering evals etc) preferred but not required
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs for systems integration is ideal but not required
