Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving workforce development The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Employer Partnership Manager to expand the reach of our Employer Education Team by cultivating relationships with local businesses and industries leading to new custom training engagements. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses industries and community organizations to support custom training initiatives
Serve as a key liaison between CWI and industry partners ensuring programs align with workforce needs
Custom Training Program Development
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement training programs tailored to local labor market demands
Coordinate with training providers and educators to build effective training programs
Market & Program Analysis
Initiate and interpret market research in partnership with internal teams to identify emerging trends and opportunities in employer education
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of custom training programs using datadriven approaches
Outreach & Promotion
Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to promote custom training programs
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and program outcomes for the Executive Director of Employer Education
What Were Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development workforce development or a related field
Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
CRM Expertise: Implementation Customization and Optimization a plus but not needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
