Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Java Selenium and Salesforce
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant with expertise in Java Selenium and salesforce to join our team. In this role you will lead the development and of automation frameworks ensuring the robustness and quality of software solutions. You will be responsible for automating tests for web applications APIs and databases while working with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and flawless functionality.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to ensure highquality web application performance and functionality.
Design and implement test automation frameworks for endtoend testing of web applications focusing on scalability and maintainability.
Integrate Salesforce with automated testing tools to validate functionality and business processes within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage of critical features and processes in Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve test script issues working with crossfunctional teams to address defects found during automated testing.
Perform regular regression testing on Salesforcerelated applications to ensure new features or updates do not disrupt existing functionality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and QA engineers on Java Selenium and Salesforce testing best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases scripts and test results ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for stakeholders.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
Strong expertise in Java programming language and experience in building automated test frameworks using Selenium.
Extensive experience in Salesforce testing including familiarity with Apex Visualforce Lightning and integrations with other platforms.
Proficient in writing Selenium test scripts for Salesforce applications and automating the testing of UI and backend processes.
Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership experience including leading teams managing projects and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. ISTQB certifications) are a plus.
