The DriveThru Director is responsible for:
The speed and accuracy of the DriveThru
Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the DriveThru.Those behaviors include:
- Proper bagging to ensure highquality food
- Reinforcing the Core Four
- Create Eye Contact
- Share a Smile
- Speak with an Enthusiastic tone
- Stay Connected to Make It Personal
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Cash management best practices
Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
Delivering weekly DriveThru performance reports to the leadership team
Coaching evaluating and providing accountability for all DriveThru Team Members
Aligning daily practices of the DriveThru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization
